Well Schools

Network

The WellSchools Network is a national organization established as a spin out company of University College Cork School of Education in 2023 to develop, implement and research programs/training that support student well-being and behaviour for learning. The goal of the WellSchools Network is to promote both student well-being and academic achievement through the implementation of a Systems and Trauma Informed Model of Positive Education.

Our

MISSION

The WellSchools Network is committed to empowering schools to promote well-being and academic achievement through our flagship WellSchools Whole School Program. Our mission is to collaborate with schools and local and national agencies to provide training to schools that support student well-being and collective teacher efficacy in facilitating behaviour for learning.

OUR

FRAMEWORK

The WellSchools Network flagship offering is our WellSchools Whole School Training Program, which is a comprehensive training program that provides school leaders and teachers with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to create nurturing environments that support student well-being and academic success.

OUR

WHOLE SCHOOL

TRAINING

The WellSchools Whole School Training Program provides school leaders and teachers with three days of intensive training, monthly coaching online via a community of practice, and resources including classroom and student management strategies that they can immediately begin to use across their school.
